It fits most residential in-ground and above-ground fresh water pools. It works well on tile, concrete, fiberglass, and vinyl liner surfaces. 4. | Why does the robot get stuck during cleaning? |
The smart navigation system greatly reduces stuck risks, but it may occasionally get trapped by pool ladders, drain outlets, sharp corners or excess floating debris. No. Please take the robot out of the pool before adding chlorine, pH adjusters or other chemicals. Do not operate the robot in water with high chemical concentration, which will corrode the internal components and shorten the service life of the machine. | |

Stop using it immediately. Take out the robot and check if the brushes are entangled with hair, leaves or sundries, and check whether the filter basket is blocked. The applicable water temperature is 10℃-35℃. Do not use it in ultra-low temperature water or high-temperature hot water, which will affect the operating performance of the robot and damage the built-in battery. |
