User Guide

  • Before first use

    Fully charge the robot before putting it into the pool. Confirm the battery indicator shows full power. Check that filter basket is installed properly and scrub brushes are free of damage or foreign objects.

  • Deploy the unit

    Place the robot into pool water. Let it sink naturally to the pool bottom. Press the power button to start automatic cleaning. It will clean the floor, climb walls and work on the waterline automatically. Do not throw or drop the robot into water.

  • Cleaning cycle

    Allow the robot to complete its full working cycle. Do not take it out of water during running. If the robot floats abnormally, take it out and check for trapped air inside.

  • After‑use operation

    Once cleaning finishes, lift the robot out of pool water. Open the filter basket cover, empty all debris, rinse filter basket and brushes thoroughly with clean water. Reinstall parts properly for next use.

  • Charging steps

    Only use the original dedicated charger for charging. Keep charging in dry, shaded indoor environment. Do not charge outdoors or in damp areas.

Important Notes

  • This robot is for swimming pool use only. Do not operate in hot tubs, spas or non‑pool water environments.

  • Operating water temperature: 10‑35℃. Do not use in over‑heated water.

  • Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from rotating brushes while the unit is powered on.

  • Never open or disassemble the main unit housing. Internal non‑user‑serviceable components. Unauthorized disassembly voids warranty.

  • Remove the robot from pool when adding chemicals, chlorine or pH adjusters. Do not run the robot while adding pool chemicals.

  • Do not leave the robot submerged in pool water for long‑term storage. Take it out after each cleaning cycle.

  • Store in cool dry place, avoid direct sunlight exposure. Prolonged sun exposure will damage plastic parts and battery life.

  • Stop using immediately if there is abnormal noise, leakage or performance failure. Do not attempt to repair by yourself. Contact after‑sales support.

  • Do not charge if charger, cable or robot port is wet. Wipe dry completely before charging.

It fits most residential in-ground and above-ground fresh water pools. It works well on tile, concrete, fiberglass, and vinyl liner surfaces. It can clean pool floors, slopes, vertical walls and stubborn waterline stains. Not applicable for saltwater pools, hot tubs, spas, commercial public pools, ponds and fountains.

Does it really clean the waterline and wall stains?

Yes. Equipped with high-torque rotating scrub brushes and stable wall-climbing performance, it can reach the full waterline area. It effectively removes common stubborn dirt including oil film, dust, fine algae and limescale buildup that ordinary pool cleaners cannot clean thoroughly.

Why does the robot float or fail to sink?

This is a common issue caused by trapped air inside the unit. Before starting cleaning, fully submerge the robot and gently press it to release internal air. Ensure the filter basket is tightly closed. If it still floats, check for blocked air vents or incomplete assembly of accessories.

Why does the robot get stuck during cleaning?

The smart navigation system greatly reduces stuck risks, but it may occasionally get trapped by pool ladders, drain outlets, sharp corners or excess floating debris. It is recommended to remove large obstacles in advance. If stuck frequently, take out the robot, restart it and place it in a new position to continue cleaning.

Can I use the robot when adding pool chemicals?

No. Please take the robot out of the pool before adding chlorine, pH adjusters or other chemicals. Do not operate the robot in water with high chemical concentration, which will corrode the internal components and shorten the service life of the machine.

What should I do if the robot works abnormally or makes strange noise?

Stop using it immediately. Take out the robot and check if the brushes are entangled with hair, leaves or sundries, and check whether the filter basket is blocked. After removing obstacles and cleaning dirt, restart the machine. If the problem persists, please contact our after-sales team for support.

What is the working water temperature range?
