Why doesn’t the robot climb pool walls?

This is budget cordless model, designed for floor‑only cleaning. It vacuums and scrubs the pool bottom only, not for wall or water‑line cleaning.

2.

Why is suction weak?

1. Filter basket is clogged; take it out and rinse thoroughly. 2. Debris tangled around scrub brushes, clear foreign objects. 3. Battery power is low, fully recharge the unit.

3.

Robot stops in the middle of cleaning

Check battery level. Heavy debris may block brushes or filter. Take out the robot, clean filter and brushes, recharge and restart.

4.

Why does it not return to the pool wall?

Excessive debris may affect navigation. Clean filter and brushes, ensure sufficient battery. If still not working, you can manually retrieve it by handle.
