User Guide

  1. Before First Use

    Fully charge the robot before initial operation. Do not charge underwater.

    Check the filter basket, scrub brushes and rubber tracks for damage or foreign objects.

    Ensure pool water temperature is between 10 °C‑35 °C. Water depth shall be ≥0.8 m and ≤3.0 m.

    Remove large sharp debris in advance to avoid damaging brushes and filter.

  2. Starting Cleaning

    Hold the robot and slowly submerge it into pool water. Do not drop the robot into water.

    Press the power button on the robot. Select cleaning mode: Full Pool / Floor Only / Wall Only.

    Do not swim while the robot is working.

  3. After‑use Operation

    When cleaning cycle completes, the robot automatically parks near pool wall. Grab the built‑in handle to lift it out of water.

    Open the filter compartment, take out filter basket, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Re‑install after completely washed.

    Wipe robot surface. Place on dry shaded place for storage.

    Re‑charge after each use for next cleaning.

  4. Maintenance

    Rinse filter basket after every cleaning.

    Regularly clear hair, fibers and debris tangled on brushes and tracks.

    Do not leave robot submerged in pool for days after cleaning finished.

    Store indoors away from direct sunlight, frost and high temperature.

Important Notes

  1. This robot is for swimming pool underwater cleaning only. Do not use for spa, hot tub, drinking water tank.

  2. Do not operate the robot when people / pets are inside the pool. Keep children away from working unit.

  3. Avoid long‑time direct sunlight immersion in pool.

  4. Do not disassemble main unit, battery pack or charger by yourself. Unauthorized disassembly voids warranty.

  5. Chemical concentration in pool water must comply with standard swimming‑pool water quality.

  6. If robot malfunctions, take it out of water and stop using. Contact after‑sales support, do not attempt self‑repair.

  7. Do not lift or drag robot by brushes, tracks. Always use the carrying handle.

Why can’t the robot stay at the waterline for scrubbing?

  • Battery power is low. Low power reduces wall‑climbing and waterline‑hold performance. Fully charge before wall / waterline cleaning.

  • Pool waterline tile is too slippery or algae‑covered. Clean algae manually first.

  • Track / brushes are worn or tangled with hair and debris. Clear tangled rubbish or replace worn parts.

  • Please select the dedicated Waterline‑Scrub Mode, auto‑stay function only activates under this mode.

2.

Robot does not climb walls.

  • Insufficient battery power, recharge fully.

  • Tracks are slippery, tangled with dirt, hair. Clean tracks.

  • Pool wall surface is extra‑smooth liner or heavy algae. Partial manual pre‑cleaning is needed.

3.

Robot runs but does not pick up dirt well.

  • Filter basket is full or blocked by debris; take out and rinse thoroughly.

  • Suction inlet is blocked by leaves and fibers, clean suction opening.

  • Debris is too large; remove over-sized debris manually in advance.

  • Low battery leads to reduced suction power, recharge.

What if the robot keeps getting stuck?

  • Stuck on steps, ladders, drain outlets. Remove obstacles or shift ladder position if possible.

  • Pool bottom has sharp protrusions. Clear protruding objects.

  • Debris wrapped around tracks and brushes, clean all moving parts.

  • For complex‑shape pools, choose shorter cleaning cycles and observe the first few runs.

How long is the working runtime? How long to charge?

Can I leave the robot inside the pool after cleaning finished?

Not recommended. After cleaning, lift robot out, rinse filter basket, store in cool dry shaded indoor area. Long‑term underwater immersion accelerates aging of rubber parts, seals and battery.
